How it works:
The RFT Advance Exchange program is simple and easy to use.
Once your equipment no longer functions, call RFT. A customer service representative
will advance you the headset, belt pack, battery charger, base station, etc. the same day.
Once you receive the AdvEx equipment, simply send in your broken equipment,
a technician will inspect the equipment for repair, and you'll be credited the difference.
All shipping expenses to our nationwide repair center
are covered using the supplied RFT prepaid labels.
