Return your non-working equipment within 10 days of receiving the advance exchange. Keeping your drive-thru functioning at 100% ensures you provide exceptional service for your most valuable and loyal customers!

Step 1: Call RFT! Request equipment through our Advanced Exchange Program.
Step 2: RFT ships a refurbished working unit directly to your store.
Step 4: Send your old equipment back within 10 days.
Step 5: If RFT can refurbish your broken equipment, John’s $320 invoice will be credited $135, leaving him with a $185 Advanced Exchange Invoice. Normal refurbishment on this equipment is $135.
