Shipping is Free To Our Repair Facility Using Prepaid UPS Shipping Labels.

POLICY:
Satisfaction guaranteed.
If you are having trouble with your recently received purchase or repair, simply return the item to us.

Authorized returns received after 30 days of original invoice date subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Depending on circumstances of return, not all shipping fees will be credited.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

1. Place item with a copy of the invoice and this completed form in a box (see below).

2. Apply free return-shipping label to box and send. Request Shipping Labels

3. Retain tracking #, found under return-shipping label bar code.

4. Give package to UPS driver visiting on-site or take to an authorized UPS outlet. Note: If you request a pick-up, UPS will charge you for coming to your store.

REPAIRS:
Same day service on overnight packages received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time
Ground packages processed within 24 hours of receipt
